Cassidy called me a few days ago. I heard his voice and almost dropped the phone. He's coming to see me the second week of May. I am sick with anxiety and relief and fear and happiness and love and dizziness and curiosity and... I don't know, I don't know. I've been in love with him since I was 18. There have been other guys, but there's NEVER been anyone else.

Nick just surprised me with a surprise trip to Savannah this upcoming Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I am sooo excited. My first romantic weekend getaway with him... imagine the possibilities.

A lot has happened. First and most importantly, I started dating someone. His name is Nick. And for once in my dating experience he is not a liar or too old for me or a drunk or an ex of a close friend. He's just... everything I could ask for. But i'm trying not to be too excited about him because I have to be prepared for whichever way things turn out. We've been seeing each other for about a months and a half, and I have not slept with him yet, but I'll let you know how that goes...
In other news, Jamie, Lulah and I have a house. I love it. It's OURS. We picked out great wall colors and furniture from thrift stores and we have a little garden out back. And we cook dinner together most nights. Honestly I did love living with the boys, and I miss them a lot. But considering that one of them is dating Lulah and the other has completely annihilated Jamie's heart, I just felt it was most appropriate to not be living closely with them. And I'm really happy to get more quality time with my girl friends.
Jamie... I'm so worried about her. This whole thing has been really hard on all of us. Especually because we're all such close mutual friends. There's no distance. How do you let go when there is no distance. When I was living with Dallas, I'd have Jamie over for lunch, and(it was his house too) he'd want to bring Lauren home. It was just... too much.
So we're better the way we are now.
I'm heading over to Michelle's now with R.J....

This morning I stepped in a huge puddle, and my jeans were soaked up to the knee. I had to walk all the way home and then tried to take a hot shower, but the water was freezing. So I sat bundled up in my robe, in the sunlight, drinking hot tea, and wishing I hadn't gotten out of bed at all.
